If I can ask another question, and I am just giving you this hypothetical question, if this was your company and this was your core product that you had to have good results out of, and you were having these sort of results, they would not have said to you, OK, Mr. Hoekstra, we are going to give you another $1 billion to spend because you have not produced on this, and the reason is we just did not give you enough money.
