I have been listening, and I think the Senator from Pennsylvania puts forward a brilliant and eloquent argument, and it gets to the nub of what we are talking about instead of the areas. It is in this last 4-year time period that a constitutional right to privacy has been discovered and which has spawned a series of cases. This is done by the Court. The Court has discovered this, and the Court has done this. Let me ask a simple question: Has the U.S. Supreme Court ever been wrong?
