We are talking about overseas facilities. In actuality, the striking says ``no medical treatment facility or other facility of the Department of Defense. . . .'' So you are talking about overseas facilities and domestic facilities. These would be facilities overseas and in the U.S. that could both be used to provide abortion on demand. This is removing this restriction that it would just be in the case of the life of the mother, rape, and incest, is that correct?
