I was willing to let my colleague from Kentucky go ahead and raise his amendment on this particular bill, if he would desire to, if he would let us be able to put this amendment forward and have a discussion, if he wants to try to refute that sort of argument taking place. But I do not think that we should be in the business, even if there is such a thing as a bonus, of removing that on married couples.”
