It is time we address this. It is time we address it strongly. It is time we address it clearly and ask two questions: How did we get here, and how do we get out? This is not the culture we were raised in and this is not the culture we want our kids to be in, as one of our colleagues, Senator Lieberman, put it. I hope we can start the change and renew our culture and start to do that by renewing ourselves.
