I never thought the day would come when I would agree with my fellow JEC member Senator Charles Schumer, but Senator Schumer is right to want to freeze stimulus spending on renewable energy grants because there is so little oversight and investigations about how these funds are being spent.
Brownback agrees with Schumer on freezing stimulus spending due to lack of oversight.
