If you would yield for a question, I had the pleasure of serving on the Judiciary Committee last session of Congress, although we didn't get a lot of judges on through and cleared, and we are trying to clear those now. But Miguel Estrada was up last session of Congress. One of the charges against him, by a number of people, was that he is an ideologue, he is a right-wing ideologue. I would ask the question: It is my understanding Mr. Estrada worked with the Clinton administration for the Janet Reno Justice Department. And it would seem highly unlikely to me that a right-wing ideologue would be hired to work for the Clinton Justice Department. But that is the charge that is being brought against him; is that correct?
