I am glad Mrs. Miller highlighted the impact on small businesses because that is one of the things that sometimes we think about, business provisions that affect large businesses, but small businesses are greatly affected as well by some of these provisions just because of being able to manage their cash flow. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Kustoff), another good friend of mine who is also on the Ways and Means Committee.
