Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 8 a.m. on Friday, April 4; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate resume consideration of Calendar No. 38, H. Con. Res. 14; further, that all time during adjournment and leader remarks count equally between proponents and opponents on the current resolution. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
