due to a D-Day ceremony, I was unfortunately unable to catch a train that would have gotten me to Washington in time for this evening's votes. I would have voted in favor of H.R. 5441, the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, especially given the inclusion of the Marshall-Miller amendment which will fully fund the Employment Eligibility Verification Program.
