CFTC reauthorization is a priority. I intend to work with Senator Stabenow and the members of this committee.

Dodd-Frank in its implementation placed many burdens on our end-users, our farmers and our ranchers.

These end-users have been captured by many rules and regulations stemming from the regulatory implementation of Dodd-Frank.

I commend my colleague, Senator Stabenow, for her leadership on this issue, and more especially, the hearings she held last year.
