Since funding under this bill is very tight, I agree not to offer the amendment, with the understanding that $10 million in additional funding will be sought in conference with the House for the purpose of establishing this fund. I also understands that the INS will be required in the next two months to provide a plan for deployment of additional personnel and offices in the central states.
