I wish I could support the amendment of the Senator from North Dakota. I think there is still some difficulty with it that we need to consider, however. But I want to assure you that the TEAM Act does nothing to change the ability for collective bargaining on wages and hours. This specifically is stated-- that it in no way wants to reinterpret the National Labor Relations Act, and it is not an infringement on that. It is a clarification where actually the chairman said there needs to be a clarification regarding section 882.
