just to clarify, displaced homemakers is listed in the bill. It is a category under ``dislocated workers,'' and that is true with the definition that I gave earlier. But it is a benchmark under the dislocated worker section as something that should be addressed without setting aside any special allocation. So just to clarify, we were conscious of it being an important population. It was not addressed as the Senator from Ohio would like to see it by his amendment. I do not want people to think we did not debate this and were not cognizant of that group.
