This was something that we could get done. I was so frustrated that so many people -- that it was gridlocked and nothing got done. This we can get done. I think we can get wide bipartisan support. I think we can get it through the Senate. So I'm just happy that we moved the ball forward. It's not perfect, but it's a good first start.
