It is clear that there is some misinformation here. This legislation has literally nothing to do with rules about cultivation. State laws will be able to continue to govern that. That is simply about labeling. I think it is important every one know that. I yield 1\1/2\ minutes to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Gibbs).
