I would like to thank the gentleman for yielding, and I would like to thank him for his leadership on this issue and so many others during his esteemed career here in the people's House. He will be greatly missed as he retires at the end…

I hope that this subcommittee, and the committee as a whole, will support the measure and provide much needed relief to those who are struggling to meet the requirements of the law.
