I thank the gentleman. If I could reclaim my time just shortly to respond, yes, it will give us that information, and that information should be used for our decisionmaking. The problem is the gentleman wants us to make a decision now which will preclude our ability to rectify the unfairness that committees are going to discover as a result of the gentleman's amendment. That is the basic problem. He wants to make the decision now before we have the information that is available. But, we will continue this discussion when we entertain my amendment. I do support this particular amendment.
