there has been a lot conversation, especially here in Washington, D.C., about reforms or changes, if we are going to reauthorize the Bank that we need to 'reform'--it is actually a word I have tried to take out of my vocabulary because most things Washington, D.C., reforms seem to me to end up worse than they were before the reform.
