This bill simply calls on VA to do what it already had the authority to do.

It ought to lie with the VA or TriWest, not the veteran.

I think it is one of the most important agencies this subcommittee has jurisdiction over, and I thank you for conducting this hearing.

I would like to see that continue expeditiously with a great deal of common sense and a sensitivity toward how rural the country is.
