Reclaiming my time, I don't know this business about playing by the rules and punishing people who don't. It seems to me that the Interior Department is trying to play by the rules that the Congress instructed it to play by. But, notwithstanding that, when you remove $420,000 from the bill, don't know where it goes, I think you lose it. So I don't think that this makes a difference. What you're saying is that you're not going to put the $420,000 into this reduction account. What's the term of it? The Spending Reduction Account. That does away with the money. But now what you're doing is basically taking it out of the bill, letting it fly away to who knows where, but the reality is it no longer exists. So it's coming out of the bill. And we don't think that's a good idea. We agree with the chairman that this amendment should be defeated. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR.
