(b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect as of November 8, 2007. Sec. 110. The authorization under the heading ``Little Calumet River Basin (Cady Marsh Ditch), Indiana'', in section 401(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (Public Law 99-662; 100 Stat. 4115), as modified by section 127 of Public Law 109-103 (119 Stat. 2259), is further modified to authorize completion of the project at a total cost of $269,988,000 with an estimated Federal cost of $202,800,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $67,188,000.
