I am proud to congratulate him on receiving the Neville Haynes Award, the highest honor from the Texas Telephone Association. For more than a decade, Charlie has led Etex with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to connecting the unconnected. Under his leadership, Etex hasn't just expanded broadband, it has brought real opportunity to rural east Texas.
