Mr. Attorney General, before I turn to my questions, I want to thank you for your leadership on an issue that matters greatly to me.

I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment of the law enforcement officials at the Department of Justice and across the country.

I look forward to seeing if we can't accomplish that in this arena, as well.

I'm concerned that, right now, it calls for eliminating key programs, like the COPS Anti-Heroin Task Forces.
