Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: limitation on use of funds for polystyrene products Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to obtain polystyrene products for use in food service facilities of the House of Representatives. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 679, the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Moran) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Virginia.
