The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To delist the lesser prairie-chicken as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973) At the end of the amendment, add the following: SEC. ___. DELISTING OF LESSER PRAIRIE-CHICKEN AS THREATENED SPECIES. Notwithstanding the final rule of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service entitled ``Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Determination of Threatened Status for the Lesser Prairie-Chicken'' (79 Fed. Reg. 19974 (April 10, 2014)), the lesser prairie-chicken (Tympanuchus pallidicinctus) shall not be listed as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.).
