I would like to put in the record a number of letters that I received from my constituents about this practice.

We commend Senator Moran and the Subcommittee for taking an interest in stopping practices that harm consumers.

But are there examples of bots technology that would be advantageous for consumers?

Can there be some legislation to stop these companies from making such large profits and hurting the average consumer?
