“I am pleased to be back on the Senate floor this afternoon in support of the VA MISSION Act. I was here last Thursday, and, in part, I paid tribute to Senator McCain. We greatly miss him here on the Senate floor. I personally--and I know my colleagues also--wish he were here to help us determine a path forward and to find the solutions to problems. Senator McCain is an expert in caring for those who have served us in the military and taking care of our military retirees and our veterans.
