Let me ask about the status of NCATS. I was supportive of its establishment.

Without a way to prevent, cure, or effectively treat dementia, it will be difficult, if not impossible, to rein in costs.

This is not a time to waver on America's commitment to NIH and to the health of all Americans.

And there's no justifiable reason that we should expect that plan at this point? That's just not accomplishable, at this point?
