I want to rehash the authority of the Department, and I do this not for having an argument about whether you have the authority to fix the 40-mile arena or not, but to set the stage for you to assure me that there is no intention toward preventing full and all-encompassing care for veterans under the Choice Act at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
