I reclaim my time to explain our objection. It was not an objection to reviewing many of our regulations, but we object to suspending those regulations in the meantime while we are reviewing them. We think that the American people want and need that kind of protection, but we also think that we should continue to be scrutinizing those regulations to make sure that they function in the most efficient reasonable manner possible.
