Mr. President, I commend the Senator from Tennessee for his remarks. I believe that while what happens in Washington is important, we really do change the world one person at a time, and it happens at home in classrooms across America each and every day, and there is no more noble profession, other than parenthood, than that of a teacher. They make a tremendous difference in the lives of Americans each and every day, and I commend them for that. I also commend the Senator from Tennessee for his passion for education. ____________________
