Catch and release allows for detained illegal immigrants who have blatantly violated and circumvented proper immigration procedures to be released from custody consequence free.

President Biden, with the stroke of a pen, could end catch and release today.

It is unconstitutional and, again, demands that kind of accountability, and that is what I want this Committee to address.

It is past time to restore the rule of law, secure our borders, and implement solutions to crack down on fentanyl traffickers.
