It is unconstitutional and, again, demands that kind of accountability, and that is what I want this Committee to address.

We can and must do better. It is time for President Biden to take the action necessary to secure our borders.

The chaos we continue to see at the border did not just materialize out of thin air.

We cannot afford to overlook these critical failures. The well-being of all Americans depends on it.
