I needed more than I could get at the time, as I recall. But the point is, I want the Senator to know that I know the rules and I would not come to the Senate floor and disparage in any way or make any comments that might in any way reflect upon any of my colleagues on either side, even by mentioning where they might be from. Because I am very proud of where I am from. You are very proud of where you are from. And that is sort of the way the Record should read.
