I have been advised the purpose of the amendment is to provide for child support enforcement agreements between the States and Indian tribes or tribal organizations. It provides for child support enforcement agreements between the States and Indian tribes and tribal organizations. I think the same thing that applies to States now applies to tribal organizations. As I understand, there is no problem with the amendment.
