I want to assure the Senator from Arizona, who certainly has a direct interest in this, I think in this case hearings may be helpful. We do not want anything to rush through here-- particularly in the intelligence area--without a careful consideration. So I think we will not have any problem with the Senator's request and the concerns he has expressed.
