let me underscore what the majority leader has said. I think the managers have done a spectacular job. I think they are well over half way to finish in a matter of 7 or 8 hours. I would hope they could conclude action on this bill by 6 o'clock tomorrow evening. We are working on this side to accommodate the managers. It is my hope that we can get all that done, squeeze it all in there, and make it work.
