Let me indicate I would be happy to discuss it. I am not certain we could reach an agreement. But, obviously, this bill, this amendment will, in effect, defeat the Presidio bill. There will not be any vote on the amendment today. There will be a cloture vote tomorrow. I assume cloture will not be invoked. Then the bill will come down, and I assume then there will be an effort to offer it on the next measure sometime this week. But I assume with the AFL-CIO in town and with their pledge of $35 million, it is probably a fairly appropriate time for Democrats to discuss this measure.
