I want to see what sort of changes you anticipate HHS making through executive order as the administration is pursuing in other areas to improve our Welfare system and serve the least among us in a more effective way.

I think it's really important as you compile your Surgeon General's Report that we ensure--we indicate the level of certainty we have about the effectiveness of these different interventions and policy approaches.

I hope you'll be consulting with behavioral scientists as you put together that report and work with this Committee.

If we have a very high level of confidence, I think those are the programs we're more inclined, as government officials, to invest in and to scale up.
