Well, that is an easy one. I thank my good colleague. I have publicly said for a long period of time--and you can check my record--that I believe the climate is changing. I believe that all flora, fauna, and human beings have some impact on that. I also fervently believe that we can protect our environment without wrecking our economy. We can do that through energy efficiency initiatives, investment in energy R&D, carbon capture and sequestration, and adoption of free market principles. I read a very impactful book, in response to my good colleague, early on in my adulthood, and I recommend it to him. It is titled ``Ecocide in the USSR,'' and it explains how centrally planned economies and fatal, conceit-like efforts to engineer a better environment centrally, to plan an economy centrally, end up decimating our natural environment. That continues to have an impact on how I look at these issues. Perhaps we will find an opportunity to work together, though, and find some common ground. It won't be on the Green New Deal.
