I have constituents in my home State of Indiana that know how active I have been on this issue and how enthusiastic I am about this idea, who walk up to me saying, when can we do it? I was fortunate enough, they say, to make a little bit of money over the last 20 years of my career in accounting, and now I want to give back to the community and I want to go into teaching. And if I can pass that stringent exam at the State level and if I can do an able job in that classroom of conveying that knowledge, I want to teach. The business community is very excited about this idea. The high-tech community is very excited about this idea. As the gentleman noted, Democrats and Republicans have supported the idea. I know the gentleman has probably seen some success in Florida with this idea and people trying it too.
