Is the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) buying into this effort to try to work and clean up the frontier areas as well?

Joe Donnelly is a Democratic politician from Indiana, born on September 29, 1955. As to sanctions on both countries, are those sanctions working or are you seeing them having an effect?
We have no objection in Indiana to doing our share, to taking our share of the hit, but this is over and above what took place.
This is something that has just come up in the last day or so, but it has been talked about that Russia may send S-300 missile systems to Syria.
Do we feel confident that all of our friends and allies will be protected as well by the missile defense shield that we've put in place?
I am here to try to make sure that this is made right because what was done is not.
With the east coast ballistic missile defense system, can you give us an update on the status of site selection for that?
With U.N. sanctions that have been in place on North Korea, do you see that North Korea continues to make gains in their missile systems?
We're concerned about what North Korea will do. We're obviously concerned about the degree of predictability that the leader from North Korea has demonstrated or lack of predictability.
My sense is that the Afghanistan people as a whole want the BSA, so I am optimistic that we will get it signed at some point.
