Joe Donnelly is a Democratic politician from Indiana, born on September 29, 1955. So, while we try to continue to hope and pray that the Iraqi Security Force gets better, are we sitting here with Sunni tribal leaders who have the individuals who can actually start to move ISIS out of Ramadi?
