ladies and gentleman of the House, the reason we are here tonight on this amendment is because we forced through this House a retroactive tax increase last year. We would not probably be having this amendment today if you had not trampled on the rights of the taxpayers of America. This is a good bill, this is a good amendment. We need this to protect American taxpayers. Support this amendment.
