I just wanted the additional time so I could advise the House that I intend to fight the previous question when the rule comes up for a vote. We have prepared an amended rule with a waiver for NEA that will be presented to the House, to place it in the same equal status as the other unauthorized programs, and I would hope that the House would approve that amended rule.
