Let us not talk about level playing fields. There is no more discriminated people in this country than the Indian people have been and still remain discriminated against. They talk about, some of the speakers who have spoken before talked about fair competition. This is fair competition. The Indians are a sovereign nation. They are entitled to their businesses. They are entitled to make their livings as they can. They should continue to do anything they can to make their businesses good. I urge defeat of this amendment.
