My bill would ensure that no veteran has to jump through hoops in the claims process.

This process violates every veteran's right to continue the pursuit of VA benefit claim.

I am proud to have introduced my bill, H.R. 5559, the Protecting Veterans Claim Options Act.

My bill will eliminate bureaucratic red tape and help the lack of accountability that veterans are met with when seeking employment assistance.
