First off, I have actually met with members of the Auto Dealers Association who have tremendous amounts of EVs sitting on their lots that they can't sell. Yet, we continue to push from the Federal Government and from the Biden administration to try to push that. I yield 30 seconds to the gentleman from Maryland (Mr. Harris).
