I have always felt that waste, fraud, and abuse have no place in Government programming.

I don't want to leave here, looking back at my tenure in Congress, and say I was involved in one of those moments where we did nothing and it just got worse.

Is there any wonder why the American people have lost faith in the way we do things here?
